When will my order arrive?

Can I pay extra to receive my order faster?

All orders are shipped via the fastest possible Toll couriers or Australia Post, which take 3 - 4 working days depending on your location.

I did not receive an order confirmation email or a dispatch email?

All orders are automatically sent a dispatch email upon a successful order being placed. Please check your junk/spam box. The email was sent to the email address advised in the checkout. If you are still unable to locate your email, please contact us.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can. We offer 100 Days No Hassle Returns as long as the item is unused, in perfect condition and returned back in original packaging to avoid damage in transit. See our Returns Page for more information.

Our Vinyl

What brand is your vinyl?

Our vinyl is Style My Ride brand. All of our vinyls are of the highest quality designed for both interior and exterior use and suitable for application on cars, boats, caravans, motorbikes as well as for use in the home for walls, skirting boards, just about anything.

How much vinyl do I need to wrap my car?

It’s best to measure each panel you want to wrap to be sure of how much you need. Please see our How much vinyl do I need? page and our installation page for further details.

Does your vinyl have air release channels?

Yes all of our vinyls ( unless otherwise stated ) feature bi-directional air channels to allow air to be released and thus resulting in a bubble free professional finish.

How thick is the vinyl?

Our vinyls are all between 0.15mm - 0.2mm thick. This is the most suitable thickness to ensure the vinyl is flexible and stretchable yet strong. Please refer to the description for each product for the specific thickness of that vinyl.

How long will your vinyl last?

Our vinyl has a life of 2 - 4 years. Please refer to the description for each product for the specific thickness of that vinyl.

Is your vinyl suitable for exterior use?

Yes all of our vinyls are UV and water resistant and suitable for both interior and exterior use. Please refer to the individual product description for more information.

Is your vinyl UV resistant?

Yes, all of our vinyls are UV resistant unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the individual product description for more information.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

We use Toll Express couriers and Australia Post to deliver your order within 3 - 4 working days depending on your location. We dispatch from Southport, QLD ( Gold Coast ). Please check your order dispatch email for the tracking number. For more information, visit our shipping page

Can I pay extra to receive my order faster?

All orders are shipped via the fastest possible Toll couriers and Australia Post, which take approximately 3 – 4 working days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia and $49 worldwide. We ship international using TNT express.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship via TOLL Couriers for physical address deliveries and Australia Post for PO BOX and parcel locker deliveries. Please note that any orders 1 Metre in length and over can only be shipped to a physical address due to size restrictions with Australia post.

How can I track my order ?

If you have nominated a residential address, your order will be shipped via Toll. You can track your order via Toll Express using the tracking details sent to you in the dispatch email. If you have nominated delivery to a PO BOX, we will send your order via Australia Post. Tracking is available via http://www.auspost.com.au

I’m having trouble tracking my order, what do I do ?

Can I pick up ?

Unfortunately no, we do no have pick up available, hence the reason why we offer free shipping Australia wide.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay via bank transfer or money order, this is acceptable also, please contact us to arrange.

Do you layby ?

No, unfortunately we do not offer layby.

How can I order ?

You can order online or via the phone by calling us on 1300 854 842 or requesting a call back by using the contact form on the contact us page.

Is my credit card information secure ?

Yes definitely, your privacy and data security is very important to us. We use 256 bit SSL security encryption as well as paypal to process our payments. Rest assure we make every effort to secure your information.

Does the price include GST ?

Yes it does. Please refer to your order invoice for the GST amount, which is included in the listed price.

Do you ship overseas ?

Yes we ship worldwide.

How much does it cost ?

Shipping is $49 worldwide.

When will I receive my order ?

We ship via TNT express and you should receive our order within 7 days including dispatch time and delivery time. For further information please visit our shipping information page.

Can I track my order ?

Yes you can use the track your order via http://www.tnt.com.

Is my order subject to duties and taxes ?

You need to check your local country’s customs, taxes and duty charges as we will not be held responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy ?

We offer 100 days to return your order as long as the order is returned in perfect unused condition returned to us undamaged in its original mailing tube. Please see our Returns Policy page for further information.

I received an incorrect or damaged order, what do I do ?

Can I exchange my order ?

Yes you can, please contact us so we can arrange an exchange.

Refunds How will you process my refund ?

Your refund will be processed back to the original source of payment being your credit card, paypal account or account from which you sent us a bank transfer. We are unable to refund to any other account other than the original source of payment.

How long will it take to receive my refund ?

We endeavour to process all refunds as quickly as possible usually within 2 working days but it may take some time to appear in your credit card or paypal account.
